Role and Responsibilities

• Solution development and design for smart home, automation, smart building and infrastructure Services.
• Be an integral part of the bidding process by preparing/collating technical documentation.
• Identify all functional and technical challenges of assigned accounts.
• Assist Account Managers in pre-qualifying business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver pre-sales presentations and professional demos to customers communicating product and technical solutions.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for pre-sales technical questions/issues.
• Asses and analyze customer technical requirements to propose service and/or process improvements, enhancements or new product introductions to best meet customers’ objectives with building Proposals / SoW / HLD / LLD / cost sheet.
• Manage and interpret customer requirements and use questioning skills to understand, anticipate and exceed customer needs.
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's and competitors’ products or services, industry related news and supplier product’s knowledge.
• Engaging with Sales in the field for meetings and presentations.
• Assist sales in doing POCs.
• Assist and participate in developing RFI, RFP, RFQ.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Advanced English (verbal & written), Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong technical skills in Smart Building, Audio/Video Systems, ELV, BMS designs.
• Strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Total 5-7 years of Experience where 3-5 years in Smart Building Solution.
• Sound knowledge of market and industry trends.
• Experience with a wide range of technologies and services (CCTV, Low Current, BMS, structure cabling, etc…).
• Experience with IoT Platforms.
